She is survived by her husband; Stephen Cann of 43 years, sons; Jason Cann and Cody Cann, grandchildren; Cory Cann, Jaden Cann, Mia Cann, and Knox Cann, sisters; Ann Boyd, and Jimmie Lou Edwards, and brother Ronnie Russell.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents.
Rhonda was a homemaker. She enjoyed Scrapbooking, Photography, Embroidery, Cross Stitching and Quilting.
Rhonda loved Lucille Ball, in her words “I Love Lucy”. She enjoyed all the Cowboy Westerns on TV, especially Gunsmoke.
She loved music. George Strait and Alan Jackson were two of her favorites.
She loved the old time Gospel Hymnals.
Rhonda was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She was the unpaid game announcer on Facebook for all the games. You didn’t need to watch the game, just watch her posts on Facebook.
Rhonda was created to be the Mom of two boys and she loved them with her whole heart. She was completely involved in every sport they ever played.
Rhonda was a natural at being a “Nana” to her grandchildren. She was so proud of each of them and wanted to be a part of their lives.
Rhonda loved and cared for her Friends and Extended Family more than most will ever know.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 4-7 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Faith Family Church, immediately followed by interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Edwin Cann and Rev. Mike Whitfield.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Cann, Cody Cann, Josh Walker, Tyson Edwards, Cory Cann, and Aaron Jeson.
