Margaret Ann (Foreman) Brownlee, 90, of Victoria, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023. Margaret was born in Victoria on August 6, 1933 to the late Margaret and Oscar Petrash.

Margaret enjoyed the outdoors: riding horses, hunting and fishing with her family. She enjoyed country music and entertained friends and family by yodeling. She was an active leader in the Victoria 4-H program for many years.

Margaret is survived by her daughters, Monica Foreman Strelec (Allan) of Victoria, Kim Foreman (A.J. Gerbino) of Glenridge, NJ, Liz Foreman Huff (Nicky) of Victoria; sister, Patricia “Patsy” Merrill of Victoria; sister-in-law, Lynda Petrash ; son-in-law, Jon Hooper of Dallas; grandchildren, Nicole Mitchell (Ted), Jason Huff (Johnna), Justin Huff (Nicole), Kristi Bernard (Billy), Austin Strelec (Raji), Alex Kepple (James), Sydney Garcia (Zack), Jerheme Urban (Emily), Molly Jacobson (Brent) and Caleb Urban (Hope); 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by parents; her first husband, Bobby L. Foreman; husband, William C. Brownlee; daughter, Rhonda Foreman Hooper; brother, James “Jim” Petrash; and brother-in-law, Roland Merrill.

A Private Family Service will be held February 3, 2024 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.

Honorary pallbearers are Margaret’s Grandchildren.
