Marc A. McCarthy

Marc A. McCarthy, 53, of Victoria passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2010. He was born January 4, 1957, in Brownsville to the late George A. and Joyce McCarthy. He was currently employed by the Calhoun Independent School District as the Athletic Coordinator for Travis Middle School in Port Lavaca, He had also coached in the Bloomington School District for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn Renee Bubenik McCarthy; daughter, Courtney “KK” McCarthy; sons, Dakota “Bear” McCarthy and Montana “Tanna” McCarthy, all of Victoria; sister, Pam Garza of Austin; brother, Scott McCarthy of Fulshear.

Memorial services will be 2 pm Saturday, April 10, 2010, at the Calhoun High School Auditorium in Port Lavaca.
