Loretta Theresa Martin, 91, of Victoria, passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 31, 2019. Loretta was born April 24, 1928 in Port Neches, TX to the late Ludovic and Florence Le Blanc Prejean. Loretta was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Loretta is survived by her daughters; Linda Wingfield of Lockhart, TX, Paulette Howell of Premont, TX, Denese Ray of Victoria, TX; sons, Curtis Martin of Edna, TX, Paul Martin of Sandia, TX and 10 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oscar George Martin; sisters, Doris Collins, Dorothy Burgis; brothers, Hildrege Prejean and Harry Lee Prejean and granddaughter, Kimberly Griffin.
A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels with a rosary to be recited at 7 PM.
Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to immediately follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Bryan James, Stephen James, Jami Marshall, Lauren Mills, Derek Martin, Kristine Hayman, Oscar Ray, Tye Ray and Loretta Martin.
