Lora Ann Fancher, 81, of Placedo passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014. She was born March 10, 1933 in Victoria to the late Wayne and Olga Mikeska Houston. She was a homemaker and a member of First Bapist Church of Bloomington.
Survivors include her son, Gene Wayne Fancher and wife, LuAnn of San Marcos; grandson, Matthew Wayne Fancher of Connecticut and his mother, Carol Ann Laza of Bloomington; brother, Olen Wayne Houston of Port Lavaca.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 9:00 – 10:00 am at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am with Dr. Gary Bowman officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Stanley Houston, Mike Houston, Duane Gonzales, Gregory Gonzales, Dan Laza, Mike Schmidt, Jeremy Schmidt and Robbie Davenport.
