Josephine Ross Sanders

She is survived by her sons, Charles A. (Cathy) Sanders Jr., Joseph (Carrie) Sanders, Tyrone J. Sanders; daughters, Joanna (Anthony) McNary and Willie A. Sanders. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relative and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Elizabeth Sanders Callis; the love of her life, Charles A. Sanders Sr.; grandchild, Tyler Vianes; brothers, Ellis Fillmore, Leslie Ross Sr., Leo Ross Sr., James Ross Sr.; sisters, Viola Griffin and Ethelm Ross.

A visitation was held Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 6-9 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 9:00 AM, Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church with Pastor Fred Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Samuel Joseph, Carl Franklin, Rodney Reed, DeWayne Franklin, Jonny Ray Barefield, Marvin Franklin and Marlin Bates.
