Joe M. Enos

Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1953 to 1956 and attained the rank of sergeant. Joe married Marie Tsacudakis on June 11, 1955. In 1963, he graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston and moved his family to Victoria, where he practiced dentistry for 49 years until his retirement in 2012. He was a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Guadalupe Valley Dental Association, where he served as a past president.

Joe is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marie; children, Sharron Enos of Victoria, Gus Enos of Fort Lauderdale, FL and David Enos of Victoria;

grandchildren, Shanea (Rick) Trevino, Matthew (Andrea) Page, Anna (Scott) Wischkaemper and Neil Fossati;

great-grandchildren, Sarah, Kathryn, Lauren, Nolan, Natalie, Charli and Neil;

nephew, Danny Hencerling; and niece, Trudi Hencerling Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorothy Jean Mosley; and nephew, Brandon Hencerling.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Fred Lykes for his friendship and support and Dr. Larry Reidel for his care.

The family will hold a private memorial service.
