Grady B. Williams 94 of Victoria passed away December 24, 2015. He was born in Brooklyn, Mississippi to the late Noel and Lillie Bell Williams. Mr. Williams was a graduate of Texas Tech University and retired from the U. S. Treasury after many years of service. He served his country in the United States Air Force as a pilot and flew B-17’s in World War II and B-29’s in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife Helen Williams of Victoria; daughter Carolyn Williams of Prosper, Texas and son Stephen Williams of Plano.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Leslie, Dan and Wayne Williams.
Private burial will be held with full military honors under the direction of the Victoria Veterans Council.
A memorial service will be held December 30, 2015 at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Kathryn Morton officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas, First Presbyterian Church or Charity of your choice.
