Frances Louise Keene

Frances Louise Martin Keene, 78, of Victoria, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, in Victoria. She was born in San Antonio, Texas to the late Ira Wilburn and Betty Rose Ford Martin on May 2, 1945. Frances worked for Walmart and Sears for many years in Customer Service and Billing. Frances was proud of her family and had a close bond with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents Ira and Betty Rose Ford Martin.

Frances is survived by her sons; Eric Leander Dickey and his wife Angela Gibbons, and Jerry Don “Jay” Keene, Jr. and his wife Kimberly, grandchildren; Chloe Gibbons, Morgan Dickey-Gibbons, Jerry “Butters” Keene, III, John Kelly Penick and his fiancée Morgan Nelson, Caleb Torres, Amber Puentes and her husband Adrian, and Rebecca Rogers and her husband Matt. Frances also leaves behind great-grandchildren; Aiden, Anelyse, Avery, Alissa, AJ, Alaric and Atticus Puentes, Nicole and John Kelly Penick, Jr., as well as numerous additional great-grandchildren, all of whom will cherish her memory.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.
