Libby passed away November 18, 2022. She was born October 21, 1931 in Woodville, TX to Jeff Davis Reagan Jr. and Charlotte Forbes Reagan. She grew up in Beaumont, TX, attended public schools and Lamar Junior College. She married her high school sweetheart, Eugene O. Naquin. When he graduated from dental school in 1955 they moved to Victoria, TX.
Libby became very active in club and civic work. She was a member of Bronte Club, Decora Study Club, Victoria Women's Club House, Victoria Symphony League, Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, and Brownson Terrace Neighborhood Association. She held many offices in all. She was named "Outstanding Club Woman" of Alamo District 1970-1971. She also served on the Board of Directors of Hospice and Warm Springs. She was a Presbyterian and a deacon in the First Presbyterian Church and served many years on the care giving committee.
Libby enjoyed many interest such as gardening, sewing, sculpting, hunting, traveling, cooking and playing bridge, and loved to be with family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Ronald M. Naquin wife Kris; daughter, Gene E. Naquin Weaver husband Larry; four grandchildren, Johnathon Weaver wife Lindsey, Chase Naquin wife Doris, Michael Naquin and Cassie Naquin Almore husband Cole; four great-grandchildren, Gracie Naquin, Addie, Reagan and Dean Almore; brother, John Reagan wife Donna of the Woodlands; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dr. Eugene O. Naquin and husband, Dr. Maurice S. Horine.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Private graveside services will follow the reception.
Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church and the local Salvation Army.
