Edith Marie Hradecky Foster, 83, of Victoria passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012. She was born August 12, 1928, in Hillje to the late James and Sophie Diebala Hradecky. She worked for Alcoa for 20 years in the housekeeping department, and was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Edith loved gardening, fishing and bowling.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Walton and husband, Mark, of Victoria; son-in-law, Edward Graveson, of Port Alto; sister, Ellen Raabe of Dallas; granddaughters, Crystal Walton, Ashley Wisdom, Jennifer Graveson and Kelly Sparks; grandsons, Joshua Walton, Justin Walton, Kevin Baker and Edward “Skeeter” Graveson, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jodie, Calli, Aaron, Georgie, Mark, Jason, Cole, Avery and Addison.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clement V. Sulak; and daughter, Donna Sulak Graveson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.
Graveside services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the Olivia Cemetery near Port Lavaca with Rev. Larry Green officiating.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and sons-in-law.
