Delbert Warren Nowlin III, 48, of Vanderbilt passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017. He was born August 8, 1968 in Calhoun County to Pauline Lesak Nowlin and the late Delbert Warren Nowlin Jr. He was involved in farming most of his life. He was married to his best friend, Carrie Lynn Charbula Nowlin, for 25 years. Warren was a great father who was so very proud of his sons, Justin and Coree, aka “George.” He enjoyed fishing, watching movies, his jar of peanut butter and barbequing for family and friends. He was a master at cheating at dominoes with his partner in crime, mother-in-law, Nell Charbula, and they would always win. If someone needed help Warren was there at the drop of a hat. He was a devoted Christian and a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Inez. Warren was a part of the Grace Community which brought him closer to God and gave him a sense of true peace in his life. Warren was able to continue his selflessness by being an organ donor.
