Mr. Ben Harold Baker

Ben Harold Baker, 52, beloved son, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 25, 2010. He was born December 4, 1957, in Houston, to Carol Reynolds Baker Murphy and the late Harry V. Baker III. He was a graduate of the University of Houston and a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Carol and Gary Murphy of Victoria; brother, Mark Baker and his wife, Sue of Jonestown, Texas; two nieces and one nephew.

A memorial service celebrating Ben’s life will be held Saturday, August 28, 2010, at 11:00 am at Rocky Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Bartlett officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rocky Creek Baptist Church or the Gideon’s International.
