Robert (Bob) Douglas Passed away April 4, 2022 in Victoria BC. Bob grew up in Brentwood Bay, graduated from Mt. Newton High School, then went on to serve an apprenticeship at CFB Esquimalt Dockyard where he made many long-lasting friendships.There, he continued a long and rewarding career as a machinist in ship repair. Bob enjoyed being outdoors and traveling, especially to Australia and Ireland. He enjoyed woodworking; making furniture, toys, and miniature oak wine barrels. He always had a new and ambitious project up his sleeve and we are forever grateful for the beautiful creations and treasures he gave to us. Thank you dad for your unending, gentle kindness. We send you off with love and gratitude.
