Marjorie Anne Hewitt passed away on November 25, 2021 in Sidney, BC.
She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Hewitt and her sons Robin and Martyn Hewitt.
Marjorie was born in Wigan, England and her family emigrated from England to Montreal in 1958. They moved to Toronto, then Cowichan Bay in 1981.
They opened the Masthead Restaurant and remained in Cowichan Bay after retirement. She loved art and listening to her husband Ken playing piano.
Marjorie is survived by her son Jonathan Hewitt; Grandchildren Melissa Austin-Hewitt, Shelby Hewitt, Paige Hardie, Kathleen Cowley-Hewitt, Jacob Cowley-Hewitt and Great Grandson Liam Burleigh Austin.
