She is survived by her children Bruce (Kathryn), Kathy (Terry), and Jane (Ted), and her six grandchildren Lauren, Troy, Morgan, Valentino, Sarah (Jon), Hannah and great granddaughter Makayla and her loving sister Patricia Taylor and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Alan Wright, and her brother Jack Sparks.
Mom was a woman of many accomplishments. She had a passion for sport, especially tennis and golf at which she excelled. She loved playing duplicate bridge, and earned the title of Gold Life Master. She taught Bridge at the Monterey Centre for a number of years and for Princess Cruise Lines, while exploring the world with her husband Alan.
We would like to thank the caregivers at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Palliative Care Ward for their wonderful care of Mom.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Our Mother will be sorely missed.
