Julia Paterson Helen Lavell

A long life well lived. Born in Vancouver BC, August 21, 1927. A resident of West Vancouver for 42 years, retiring to Victoria in 1982. Predeceased by her husband and partner, W. Eric Lavell in 2005, father Alexander McMaster Wyllie 1975, mother Julia Birrell McGowan 1976, half brother Robert Anthony McGowan 1956, and half sister Dorothy Claire Eradus 2006.

Survived by daughter Deryn Lavell (Stephen Johnson) of Smith’s Bermuda, son Douglas Lavell of Kitchener ON, son Kenneth Lavell of Salt Spring Island BC, granddaughters Morgyn Chandler (Derek Kaufmann) Vancouver BC, and Kate Chandler (Roual Maré) Abu Dhabi UAE, as well as grandsons Trystan Lavell North Vancouver BC, Jared Lavell Surrey BC, and Dylan Lavell Maple Ridge BC. Also survived by half sister Sharon Y Olofson, nee Wyllie, of Langley BC.
