NARCISO Jesus Felix “Papa” 94 years, of Victoria, BC, and the Philippines, has joined his Creator, and his beloved wife Eufrocina "Seny" on September 25, 2022, and now shares the joy of Eternal Life promised by our Lord Jesus, with the loving intercession of Our Blessed Mother Mary.
Loving father (& father-in-law) of Jessica (Harry), Marlon (Leila), and Babette (Cesar). Dear grandfather of Kristen (Matt), Alyssa (Jay), Ryan, CJ, Rea (Erich), Matthew, Melanie, and great-grandfather of Sienna, Mateo, and Archer. Born too late parents, Exequiel and Juliana Narciso, on July 11, 1928, in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Survived by his brother, Narsing and sister, Ludy.
From 1959 to 1974, he was a physician and medical director for Consolidated Mills Corporation - Manila, and a company physician at Rustan’s - Makati. He was co-owner and board member of Pasay-Parañaque Hospital until he emigrated to Canada in 1974. He loved serving the community so much that he set up a free clinic at his home once a week in order to help those who could not afford to pay. He worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Gorge Road Hospital from 1974 to 1992. He and his wife were active members and officers in the Victoria Filipino Canadian Association and the Bayanihan Housing Society. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed by his relatives and friends, including all who affectionately call him “Papa Jess”.

On Monday, October 3 at 9:30 AM, family and friends are invited to meet at Holy Cross Parish (4049 Gordon Head Rd., Victoria, BC) for Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM. The reception will be at St. Patrick’s Parish Hall (2060 Haultain St., Victoria, BC) at 12:00 noon.
