Born December 31, 1947, and raised in Victoria, Jeremy graduated from the University of Victoria and McMaster, and thereafter worked for the BC Provincial Archives and the Royal British Columbia Museum as an archivist until his retirement in 2014, after 45 years of service. He was a brilliant raconteur and historian, and a fiercely dedicated and loyal friend.
An only child, Jeremy, was predeceased by his loving parents Robert and Jean (nee Torrance) Davison. His father was born in Northumberland, England, and his mother like himself was a native of Victoria, BC.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services, in the Garden Room, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation or any charity of your choosing.
