Greg was born 1st February, 1967 to proud parents, John and Diane (Brambrick) Huisman, (both deceased) in Creston, B.C.
Diane and family relocated to Victoria, B.C. in 1975 where he resided until his passing.
Greg is survived by his sibling Steven Huisman, Larry Huisman (Victoria, B.C.) Sharie (Gary) Gettman, Kimberlie (Jacen) Abrey (Coaldale, AB) Laura Huisman, Jan Huisman (Calgary, AB) Foster brothers Dean Manson (Saskatchewan) Mark Huisman (Victoria, B.C.)
One of Greg’s greatest pleasures was his cats. Pipy and then MooMoo. Not only did he love his cats, he also became a favorite to many Victoria Racoons!
Greg would welcome anyone he knew into his home and always made the person feel welcome.
Greg will be missed, we all feel the depth of our loss. Greg is now “home” with our Heavenly Father, reunited with his parents, niece Alyssa and many family and friends who went before him.
You are home our brother, cousin, uncle. Rest in Peace Greg, your work here is done. Gone but will never be forgotten.
