Garnet Alan Frost, “Al” to his friends and family, passed away on May 1, 2018 at Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
Born in Victoria BC, a mechanic by trade, Al spent his working years with the great crew at Dockyard.
He is survived by his loving wife Judith of 45 years, daughter Jennifer (Andrew), son Chris, grandchildren Chelsea and Wyatt, sister Fran (Bob) and many nieces and nephews.
Thank you to family, friends and hospital staff for the love and support. A celebration of life will be held at First Memorial funeral home, 4725 Falaise Dr., June 9, 2018 at 2pm.
