Dennis L Grillot

Dennis was born August 17, 1948, in Greenville to the late Chalmer & Eleanor Rose (Monnin) Grillot. Dennis was also preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Grillot Dickmann.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Diane S. (Dross) Grillot whom he married March 16, 1968; children, Rod Grillot of Versailles and Rhonda & Bryan Albers of Versailles; grandchildren, Lindsey & Jacob Blankenship, Cole & Cassidy Albers and Heather & Aaron Mangen; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Blankenship & Shiloh Blankenship; siblings, Carol & Larry Simmons of Webster, Rose & Michael Lawrence of Versailles and Alvin & Donna Grillot of Rossburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dennis retired from GM in Dayton and after retirement he did maintenance work at Stillwater Valley Golf Course. He was a member of the Versailles Eagles.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. Per the family, please dress casually. A celebration of Dennis’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice in Greenville.
