Monica Grace Schnelle

Following a very short battle with stage four breast cancer, Monica Grace Schnelle, of Vernon passed away peacefully in Hospice Vernon, on 20 October 2023 at the age of 83 years. It is with deep sorrow and much love from friends and family that we mourn the passing of Monica.

Monica is survived by her Canadian family, Ingrid & Andre Bester (daughter and son in law), 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her South African family, Fritz & Melanie Schnelle (son and daughter in law), Hildegard Schnelle (daughter), 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A Service will be held at Pleasant Valley Funeral home at 4303 Pleasant Valley Rd, Vernon BC V1T 4M4 on 3rd November 2023 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to breast cancer research.
