Mildred Zina Roth

Mildred was born in Saskatoon, lived and worked in Calgary for a number of years, and has been a resident of Vernon since 1966.

She will be remembered by many customers at Sears where she worked for many years. She was an enthusiastic line-dancer; a Life Member of the White Heather Unit at Trinity United Church; and a longtime member of Sweet Adelines.

Mildred will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of more than 71 years, Mike; son, Michael (Judy) of Delta; daughters Carol (Graham) Adams of Calgary, and Fay (Brock) Roth-John of Calgary.

She will also be mourned by grandchildren: Michael (Michelle), Bonnie (Rod), Julie (Cam), Geoffrey (Shar) and Jessica (Bob); and ten great grandchildren. Mildred is also survived by brothers John and Gary (Beryl) and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, at 3:00 P.M., in the chapel of Vernon Funeral Home.
