74th birthday.
He is survived by his loving wife Chrissy, daughters Sheena (Mike), Amber (Cody), and
beloved cat Buster. His extended surviving family include older brother Dwain, younger sister
Cherie, and youngest brother Lloyd, and their families.
Keith was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta and grew up in Valemount, BC, the second of four
children born to Clarence and Agnes (Jo) Johnson. He was an avid woodworker and
Canucks fan, and he could often be found in his workshop or the garage, tinkering away at
numerous projects. Keith married the love of his life, Chrissy, on February 16, 1974, and
they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary earlier this year. He worked at Consumer’s
Glass for 35 years before retiring in 2006, and maintained many lifelong friendships from that
time.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the incredibly supportive staff at
Polson Special who made Keith’s stay comfortable.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Keith can be made to the Animal Auxiliary or The
Schubert Centre.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Spring 2025.
