We regret to announce the death at Hospice House in Vernon on January 6, 2015 of Jackie Lavery, at the age of 65 years.
Jackie was born in Vernon, and was a resident of the North Okanagan and Falkland area all of her life. She was a longtime volunteer with the Falkland Heritage Society.
Jackie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, Terry Lavery, sons Michael of Falkland, and Dean (Christine), granddaughter Josie of Kelowna.
She is also survived by siblings: Eileen (Noel), Rita (Sarge), Irene (Ron), Jim, Ray (Eva), Dale (Kelly) and their families.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday January 12, at 2 PM, at Falkland Community Church, with Rev. Father Tony Ackerman, celebrant.
