Eleanor Gladys Knox

March 4th, 1931 to March 15th, 2013

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Eleanor Knox on March 15th, 2013. Eleanor passed away peacefully with all her children by her side.

Eleanor was born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba, she moved to Vernon in 1972, and enjoyed life with family and friends here for the past 41 years.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Walter Knox in 1995, she is survived by her loving sons, Paul (Sheila), John (Rika), David (Margaret) and daughter Laura.

Grandchildren, John, Amanda, Jason, Christina, Courtenay, Jillian and Kaelan, and five great Grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the Vernon Hospice House for their gracious care provided and ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Vernon Hospice House in Moms memory. The family would like to say thank you to all who shared a pew, a joke and a smile with our Mother.

Funeral service will be held at the All Saints Anglican Church, 3205 – 27th, Street on April 12th at 1 p.m.
