We regret to announce the passing of Clarence “Scott” Elmer Billings on August 26, 2017 at Vernon, BC. He was born in Drumheller, Alberta on April 12, 1932. Scott is survived by his longtime companion Sonia Cowan, two daughters, Brenda (Wayne) McClelland, Diane (Brian) Turner, and one son, Brian (Dea) Billings. Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren. One brother Gerald (Anne) Billings and extended family. Private Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
