He was born on November 11, 1934 in Montreal and lived most of his life in Verdun. He was a dedicated employee of Canada Packers for over 40 years. He loved to sit and read, especially Agatha Christie novels and anything pertaining to war. He had an eclectic taste in music, from bagpipes to opera, Mario Lanza to Gordon Lightfoot. His lifelong love of movies began at an early age, when he would skip school to go to the cinema and sometimes watch two or three movies a day. He was a lifelong learner with a passion for knowledge; he would have been the number one phone-a-friend for any trivia question.
