Teresa Jane Gallagher

Teresa J. Gallagher passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. She was born on August 7, 1954, in Memphis, Tennessee to Maurice and Ruth Gallagher, Sr. She is survived by her mother, Ruth Gallagher; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Thomas Kuhn; brother and sister-in-law, Maurice and Marcia Gallagher, Jr.; niece, Claire; and nephews, Spencer and Jordan.

Teresa was a serious student and graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in business. She founded and ran her own printing business in the Bay Area before eventually retiring to travel.

Later in life she moved to Ventura County and began to do charitable work, serving in soup kitchens and helping the homeless obtain shelter for the last 20 years. She was deeply moved by the plight of those less fortunate than herself and tried to help them as much as possible. We will miss her compassion and generous spirit.
