Mary "Mama Dean" Adams, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 13, 2012.. She was born on June 14, 1938 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Mary’s journey through life had touched many people. She will be remembered for her cooking that was enjoyed by all. Mama Dean will be missed tremendously and forever live in our hearts. Her legacy she leaves behind will always be treasured. Mama Dean enjoyed many things, the love she had for her family could be seen through the wonderful smile she had as well as her loving heart.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Dwight; one living daughter; one deceased daughter; two wonderful grandchildren; five sisters; one brother; numerous nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012, 2:00 P.M. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura.
