my name is valerie and i met the waldman family in 1962.. even tho there were 7 kids majane found the time to help me after school with my homework. they were a second family . i went to temple with them on friday nites. we had fishsticks and mashpototoes at dinner. we went out to the ranch on the wkends.majane would make fresh lemonaide and lemon  pies.majane made me a birthday cake for my 21st birthday. i moved to canada for 40 yrs. i and my boyfriend would come to l os angeles to visit my mom who was in a nursing home and majane would let us stay at her house. we would always go to ihop or dennys and have the senior special and go to a garage sale if we had time. majane was a wonderful ,patient kind,thoughtful smart woman who was there for you. im blessed she was in my life for so long.she is in my heart and prayers and thoughts  forever.   valerie collins

I am the oldest child born to my beloved mom, Florence Waldman.  She was my mom, my friend and my mentor.  I will miss everything about her.  I cannot imagine dialing her phone number and not having her answer.  She always knew what to say, whether it be to offer advice, comfort or friendship.  Mom you are the best. I love you. Thank you for getting me thru my first 61 years. Love Debbie

She was always kind and sweet to me and would give me updates on all her children (my cousins).  I will miss her so much.

In Memory of Pat:
                         I was 16 when she and your Dad took me into their home...where I lived for a year ( finishing my senior year at L.A. High). When Dina and I married,  they were both so warm and welcoming to her. She loved them both as did I. Their memory shines bright in our hearts. May their souls bask in the warmth of a beautiful eternity.
