Glen was a 40-year veteran with the CT National Guard as well as a full-time member of the Department of Defense for CT. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5 and Contracting officer for Connecticut DOD.
Glen leaves his wife Diana of 63 years and his son David. He was preceded in death by daughter Glenda and son Glen Jr. He leaves his brother Bruce from New York and his cousin Dr. Ronald Maier DVM and 4 grandchildren; Alex, Sara, Olivia and Ava. There are also 5 nephews, Bruce Robert, John, Tim, and Matthew and 3 nieces Betty, Dorey and Jill.
Glen lived a rich full life of service as a Mason, Shriner and member of the Military Officers Association in New Hampshire.
Hiking in the White Mountains and world travel gave him great pleasure.
Donations in memory of Glen may be given to Shriners Children’s Hospital.
