They moved to Japanese Gardens in Venice, Fl where she was the oldest living resident.
She was predeceased by her adoring husband, Carmine who passed away in 2006, her mother, father, brother and Aunt Adele. She leaves behind her loving niece, Jeannie, who cared for her for many years. She also leaves behind her grandson, Anthony and many wonderful friends and neighbors and caregivers, especially the staff at Sisters for Seniors. She was fiercely independent up until her recent health issues and her mind was sharper than many. She was a caring, loving, gentle woman who was a pleasure to be around and will be sorely missed.
A Funeral Mass for Ethel will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Raphaels Catholic Church, Kilborne Ave., Englewood, FL 34223.
