Barbara Gail Barnhart

Dr. Barbara Barnhart of La Center, Washington passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 16, 2017. Barbara was born in December 1938 in Los Angeles, California. In 1971, Barbara married Donald Barnhart in San Mateo, California. Upon retirement, the couple moved to a portion of the Barnhart family homestead in La Center. Barbara is survived by the children and grandchildren of Don’s brother, Bill Barnhart, and Don’s sister, Phyllis Kays, and more friends than can be counted. The funeral service will be held at St Mary of Guadalupe Church in Ridgefield, Washington on November 7th at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Gifts may be sent to La Center Historical Museum, 410 West 5th St, La Center, WA 98629 or to your favorite charity.
