It is with deepest sympathy  to hear the passing of a very old friend  from my childhood  some of my fondest  memories  were of the teimer family camping in the Okanogan  every year wally was a musician and very good at it start as fun but turned into a very fun career. I was in the business  as well and crossed paths him periodically.  I often think of those days and will deeply  miss him  and will think of his family presently. Wally was special and will be missed by all rest in peace my friend  sean shelefontiuk..

I worked with Wally for a few years in the cabinet business. He loved life and music. He was a kind-hearted person who would help you out anytime if it were possible for him to do so. I will miss him

Dear, sweet Wally Tiemer. I haven't known where to start with your tribute. The lump that lives in my throat accompanies my heavy heart when I think of never seeing you again. Dave Halliwell and I knew you for a few short years, but you made a huge impact on our lives. So many memories! Teaching me how to jig for lingcod with your special lure that you later gifted to me (caught one on the first try!)...the many intricate ways to fish for salmon (caught those, too!)..
Introducing us to Jedediah Island, which has become our magical place..dusting off your white Elvis jumpsuit and giving a full performance at my 60th (oh, my heart!).. 
Inviting us on our first helicopter ride as your entourage, and insisting I sit up front in the best seat...jam session in our back yard with Mike Christian, Cyndi Dalton and your other besties Karen and Jen. The love you and Mike have for each other was certainly on display that night...
the unique way you pronounced my name (Si-MUN) and insisting everyone say it the proper French way...telling me I have a good singing voice (even though I knew you were lying, was always fun to sing the oldies with you)...
and best of all, being such a true friend to Dave, part of which you spent countless hours playing crib with him when he was laid up with a broken neck. 
There will be no replacing you, Wally and my dearest wish for you is that you're at peace. Wait for us.
