Tsao-Tsao Huang, aged 66 years, passed away on Thursday September 26th, 2013, surrounded by family at Richmond Hospice, Richmond BC. She was born in Taiwan on August 14th, 1947. Her life will be celebrated by family, and close friends, at a private service to be held at Hamilton Harron Funeral Home In Vancouver.
