It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Ronald William Baker Jr. He was born in North Vancouver, BC to his father Thomas ‘Tommy’ Glenn Baker and mother Tammy Louise Condo on February 27, 1992. He grew up on Eslha7án̓ (Mission IR# 1) and X̱wemelch’stn (Capilano IR # 5), BC. He attended Capilano Nursery School, St. Edmunds Elementary School, Queen Mary Elementary School, Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) siʔáḿθɘt School, and Keith Lynn Secondary School. He completed construction and Rebar certificate programs with Squamish Nation Trades Centre. Thomas was a hard worker. He loved when he had the opportunity to work in Victoria, BC. Thomas was a great lacrosse player, he had lots of love for his North Shore Indians lacrosse family. He enjoyed playing hockey at Chief Joe Mathias Centre. Thomas will best be remembered for his great sense of humour, and contagious laughter! He was a family man and had a special love for his nieces and nephews. Never missing an opportunity to run around and have fun with them. He enjoyed fishing at Cap River. Thomas had a beautiful smile that lit up the room. When parting ways he would always finish with a “love you!”

Thomas is survived by his father Thomas ‘Tommy’ Glenn Baker; mother Tammy Louise Condo; siblings Caroline Raquel Josephine Paull, Henry Glenn John Baker(Gwen), Nicholas James Baker, Heather Hazel Ann Baker, Bret Andrew Baker, Ivy Kenisha Rose Baker, Illianna Alviena Leah Lenisha Lenore Baker; nieces & nephews Hazel Mary Georgina Paull, Emery George Harry, Jake Maverick Paull, Dennis Leo Royce Baker, Isabelle Loretta Rose-Mueller; special sisters Monica Voisin, Justine George; special brothers Paul McFadyen, Dale McFayden, Lincoln Williams, William Joseph, Victor Newman, Kenny Brown; special moms Melissa Pelkey, Jolene Johnston, and many loving relatives and dear friends.
