Lo Ba, Happy Father's Day wherever you are.  We are grateful to have parents like you and Mama, forever loving you.
We went again yesterday to visit you and Mama.  Bought beautiful flowers but didn't take a photo.  This is a very nice happy faces of all siblings.  We are a great family.  Lo Ba and Mama.  Love you always.

Time flies, and is mid March already.  Very soon will be June, the month you have gone for a long voyage 2 years ago.
Here on earth, we are doing reasonably well,   we, the siblings all are getting older  but closer.  Praying this can last as long as possible, and, treasure it as much as possible.  I am having a small issue with my health, but mindfully, I am
doing better and I am taking it as a lesson.  Remember Szefu quoted, sickness should not be sorrow, and without sickness should not be joy.

Greetings again from chilliwack.  today is the 2nd day of CNY of the Dog. Yeung Sze Fu was born the year of the dog, she would have been 60 if she was around.  She always looked forward to this day when she was alive.  Life is so changing we wouldn't know what will happen tomorrow or even the next minute.

we had a great gathering yesterday and johnny brought many of his good friends.  

wish wherever you are, you are happy and bright and peaceful.  we all love you, Lo Ba and Mama.

I promise you that I will do all good deeds and stay well.

Dear Bak Bak, 

Today is the 21st day after Pepper, our mini wiener dog, who passed away on the surgery table in the middle of a tooth surgery.  Yin Tan Szefu is very kind took her in and named her "Yu Sing" meaning "Awake" and helped her take refuge to the three treasures.  

Just in case, she wanders around and bumps into you.  Please direct her to the bright and pure. Thinking that she is in good hands, we have peace of mind and be very grateful!

it was a very emotional day yesterday.  i wanted to write something to honour you and words just came out like a water-fall.  however, no words can explain and describe my gratitude to you.  you had a tough life but you had shown us such a great example.  i missed you, i love you and i am forever grateful and in debt to you.

greetings from Canada.  I am finally back to Canada.  It is Thanksgiving Day today.  I wish to thank you and Mama to have given me this wonderful human life.  Without this, i wouldn't be able to do what i am doing right now.  I am specially indebt to Mama because her illness gave me the insight to search for the truths and allowed me to find the Dhamma which is so precious, so precious, so precious.  I am forever grateful, thank you again and again.  Love you, LoBa and Mama.

I finally visited you last Saturday and parents of Dao Ren Sze, it was appreciated Eva drove us to there, we enjoyed the free lunch very much. Hope to see you soon.

Loba and mama, I am in Shenzhen and will be starting a 3-day EOL workshop here. The rain has finally came. It is like cleansing. Mr. And Mrs. Chan from the floral shop came to my workshop and I'd hope they will enjoy it. Talk to you later.

Hello Loba, Mum, has been quite a while since last.  Nothing really special, just keeping the pace daily. Very soon, Yeung Sze will be returning back to Polam, Chilliwack, how nice.

Loba, Mum, we have been so busy preparing the exhibition of Yeung Szefu. Today is the third day and the last. It has been so successful and many visitors.  We are so blessed and I firmly trust that Yeung Sze is watching and guiding us all the way.  Feeling so touched but not sad by looking at her protrait and paintings...........she has not left like you, just went somewhere far

today is the 15th of july chinese calendar.  another year.  this year we have a bountiful harvest.  tan sze, ren sze are working very hard.  i am sure you will be very happy to see those produce if you were here.  i can imagine to see your big smile and would say "wow, that big"...haha, how wonderful to have such beautiful memories of our parents.

I am in hongkong again because of an unexpected invitation to go to the prison to give teachings.  it is another horizon which i love to take on for the benefits of many.  

it was a new experience and i am so glad that the last 12 years of experience in the canadian prison has given me such a rich and free point of view.  it was not difficult at all yesterday.

We went to visit you yesterday.  The sun was shining, the birds were singing, the flowers were blooming, the wind was blowing, everything was smiling...it was Kuan Yin Pu Sa Festive Day yesterday.  It wasn't meant to be a special trip but it was Wednesday.  i missed seeing you on Wednesdays, Lo Ba. I'd hope people will treasure their parents and their loved ones when they are still around. Lo Ba, I love you.

Dear Mr.Chan Old pa, mum and brother Tim, tomorrow is Canada Day, holiday again but not us. We are working on the field, picking out the weed, pruning branches, weather is good for the harvest, just only need time to watering, it is our routine  works, our practice and it is life.

greetings from the sunny Chilliwack.  another day, another week, another year.  the life streams on with its conditions arising and passing.  just to say a few words, you are on our minds.

Dear Lo Ba and Mama,
We went to visit you today.  It brings back only memory, no sadness.  Though we all miss you both so much, we know this is the real truth of life.  Therefore, please take good care of yourself wherever you are and know that you have raised 6 wonderful children who are wonderful people with great hearts and loving kindness.  Thank you again.

Dearest old pa, hoping that you are enjoying another family reunion up there with mama, tai lo & san ping .
On earth, we do remember today was the day you left us in 2016. 
Pa, nothing can stop the thought of thinking of you.  Even to leung mama & sau chun, have always shown their good memories & thoughts of being with you.  
Pa, please bless sau chun for her ovary surgery on next tuesaday.  I'm a bit worry about her as the symptom appeared similarly like our mama.
Pa, on my health, happy to know that the osteoporse showed slightly progress after 2 years treatment.  Of  course, medication needs to be keeping on.  The main concern to me is to the diminution of my cervical spine.  Now, I do notice that how serious & inconvenience of having this problem on me.  in fact , am now bearing so much forbids such as: no heavy loads to take, good walking posture, no head hang down etc etc., failure of which I'll soon be having my neck discomfort. You know well, houseworks consume so much energy & effort.  Now I understand the old chinese saying:
To take one single hair that affect the whole body.
Aiya, pa, endless talk to you because of no more chats on phone with you now.  Needed to update you more if time permits.  Have to pause writing now, take care.
Pa & mama, I love you.  You are always in my heart.

It's been one year already since we last saw you and talked to you physically.  The connection and communication is still on in a different amazing way which cheers us up and keeps soothing our griefs from time to time.

Dear Lo Ba,
Tomorrow will mark the 1st anniversary of your passing.  Much has happened this year and we all have grown and I know that you also have grown somewhere out there.  

The siblings are all well and Polam's construction is going smooth.  We are getting a lot of support and I know that all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all friends everywhere, all beings around are looking over us, are taking care of us, are blessing us.

I am sure you would be very proud to hear that I am spreading my dhamma teaching circles to Macau, Beijing, Toronto and more likely to many more places in the future.  The EOL care is so critical, so important for the well being of all humanity.  I will do this with my utmost efforts, continue to do this with my determination and strength.  

Thank you for being my parents, you have given me this human life so that I can practice the dhamma.  I am forever grateful, Lo Ba and Mama.  No words can express how much gratitude I have for both of you.  The forever gratitude for such great parents, not the material life, but the wonderful teachings that both of you shown to us on how you lead your life.

Lo Dao, one year already, yes, one year since you have departed to join Mum and Tim. Time flies so quickly, cannot imagine is already one year.  It seems just happened not long ago, each image is still clear in my mind and eyes. greetings from Toronto.  I arrived from SFO this morning and ready to start a week of life and death workshop here tomorrow.

katherine came to visit and is still staying at polam to keep tan sze fu company.  it was so nice to see the siblings again.  life has changed so much lately.  a few of my students' parents have departed and as I always say, it is a natural cycle.  we just have to cherish every moment of life right now and hopefully no regret when we have to go.
