Maria Ciarniello

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2017. Born October 26, 1933 in Bagnoli Del Trigno, Isernia, Italy. Predeceased by her husband Gino in 2013; also by her siblings Ferruccio, Giuseppe, Lucia and Irene. Maria will be lovingly remembered by her children, Deny (Donna), Frank (Laura) and Luisa (Joe); grandchildren, Michael (Elaine), Giordano, Angelica, Stefano and Brianna. Survived by her sisters Emma, Elena and Delfina, also by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Special thank you to the staff at The New Vista Society Care Home for their ongoing care and dedication over the past four years. Visitation will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30 at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel 1835 East Hastings St, Vancouver. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 2025 Napier St., Vancouver. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St., Burnaby.
