John passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by his parents, Brian and Doreen, and brother Bob. He is survived by his sons Brian (Kelly) and Cavan, daughter Shannon (Mark), his three grandchildren, siblings Brian F. Brady (Margaret), Barb Hart, and Glen Brady (Kelly), sister-in-law Trish Brady, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Raised in North Vancouver, John attended Delbrook High School and The University of British Columbia. John fondly remembered his childhood and university friendships. He was a proud Beta alumni, and supporter of the Vancouver Canucks and BC Lions.
