Gladys passed away peacefully at the age of 97. She now joins her late husband of 46 years and the love of her life, Ernie. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Marian Newsome of Richmond, Quebec, her sisters Mary (Stevens), Hilda (Olynik), Bernice (Edwards) and brother George.
Gladys will be remembered for her independent nature and natural curiosity, her generosity and caring towards her family and her kindness and appreciation for her many friends and relatives. Her life was long and her heart was even bigger.
Gladys is survived by her sons Larry, Bradley (Monica), her beloved grandchildren Alexis (Andrew), Matthew, Katie and Conner and her great grandson, Barrett.
