Donald Dean Zaverucka was born on April 1, 1965, in Edmonton, Alberta, and passed away on September 22, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the young age of 58 years old. Donald will be lovingly remembered for his nickname "Jo Jo," and for his free spirit, his love of poetry, and his love of helping people. Donald is predeceased by his father Steve Zaverucka, and is survived by his mother Shirley Geisinger, his sister Shari, niece Christine, sister Tammy (Neale) King, nephews Brandon and Derek, nieces Teasna and Jennifer, great nephews Liam and Lincoln, great niece Autumn, and many loving family and friends.
