A spark has been dimmed, Dana Elizabeth Olsen passed away on September 18, 2019. Dana spent many years in the hospitality industry. Those who she served will remember her vibrant and vivacious spirit. She was also active politically in progressive causes. Everybody loved Dana.
She was born in Vancouver. She is survived by her mother Sharon, Dana’s partner Blaine Rice, daughter Brittanie Nevin, sister Darcy, nephew Alexander and niece Lucy. She was predeceased by her father Jim.
A celebration of Dana’s life will follow at a later date.
Dana will be remembered for her thousands of acts of kindness and compassion over the years for people less fortunate.
