Ruby is survived by her husband, Hugo Roberto Arango Flores; her son Charlie Arango; her mother Lidia Rebeca Argueta Morales.

A viewing for Ruby will be held Friday, July 22, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at San Fernando Valley Academy, 17601 Lassen St., Northridge, CA 91325. Following the viewing will be a burial from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary, 23287 North Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321.
