A church service will occur Monday, September 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Church, 14655 Kittridge St, Van Nuys, CA 91405. A burial will occur Monday, September 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 1380 Fitzgerald Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93065.
