Roberta Lynn Bruns

Roberta Lynn Bruns of Alma, died peacefully in her home surrounded by friends and family on Friday, January 23, 2015, at the age of 60. She was born on October 15, 1954 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late George and Joyce Murphy Wojciechowski. Her friends and family remember her as a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bruns of Alma to whom she married in 1977.

Roberta is survived by her children; Sara Bruns Putman of Alma, Samuel Bruns of Alma, and Jessie Beller of Mountainburg. She also had six grandchildren; Cade, Miles, Lillian, Eli, Ethan, and Aydin.

A family-hosted memorial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Southside Baptist Church in Alma. Pastor Mike Franklin will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Robin's life.

The family will visit from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Church prior to the service.

The family would like to thank Ginger, Staci, and Dayna from Peachtree Hospice for their care and dedication to the quality and comfort of life for our mother and friend.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made be made to Southside Baptist Church.
