Pam Person

Pam Person,61, of Alma, AR., died Sunday, May 8, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born November 17, 1949 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was a retired registered nurse for Sparks Regional Medical Center and a founding member of New Life Church in Fort Smith, AR.

She is survived by her husband, Roy, of the home; a daughter, Amy Mitchell and her husband Jeremiah of Alma, AR.; two sons, Thomas Person and his wife Dori of Oklahoma City, OK and Jonathan Person and his wife Kristie of Bryant, OK; a sister, Sharon Johnson of Moore, OK.; a brother, Richard Brink of Oklahoma City, OK; six grandchildren, Amanda, Jon David, Spencer, Levi, Bailey and Benjamin.

Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Thursday, May 12, 2011 at New Life Church in Fort Smith, AR. with burial at Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma hwy., Van Buren, AR.
