Michael Shawn Cole, 64, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at his home. He was born December 27, 1958 in Fort Smith to the late Charles and Nancy (Fisher) Cole. He had worked for Superior Industries.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Eddie, Patrick, and Shannon Cole.
He is survived by his wife, Patti Cole of the home; five children, Michael Matthew Cole of Howell, MI, Eric Cole of Springdale, Krystal Hill of Alma, Chris Burkhalter of Alma, and Jason Burkhalter of Van Buren; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2023 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
