In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Brooks.
She is survived by two daughters, Veronica Sloan of Van Buren, and Shauna Brooks (Acton Harrison) of Fort Smith; a son, Darryl Brooks of Van Buren; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 4, 2023, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
